I have experience in complex mergers, acquisitions and disposals. I have prepared multiple financial feasibility studies for large scale manufacturing companies highlighting the IRR, payback periods, APV, NPV, MIRR etc. In addition, I have also negotiated with financial institutions to raise financing for our clients. - Expanded the operations of the firm in the US by successfully negotiating with a CPA firms in Texas and getting the tasks done by a dedicated team (in PK) under me. The tasks include bookkeeping on QBO/ XERO, preparation of W2 forms, 1099 forms, 1040 forms (simple overseas etc. A system was developed by me for back office and front office in which we ensured seamless interaction between the client, staff and the CPA firm. I along with the CPA have made diagnostic reports (a report highlighting weaknesses in Financial Reporting) and given presentations to potential clients. The clients were satisfied and we were able to add quite a few clients through that effort in the US. - Currently leading a team (200+ employees) for external audits of more than 400 companies (including multinational and national companies of all sizes). As part of the statutory audit process, I have given presentations at board of directors meetings and audit committee meetings. I have expanded the offices of FMC in 4 cities in PK and successfully negotiated with International affiliations. - I have been engaged in an assignment wherein a PK holding company made a C Corp in the US. As part of this assignment, we also prepared a transfer pricing study. - I have also been engaged as a functional consultant for ORACLE wherein have led implementations team for manufacturing sector and non profit organizations. - I have also acted as lead internal auditor for a company wherein I prepared audit plans, risk assessment reports and forensic reports etc. As part of the internal audit assignment we also prepared documentation & policies for compliance with ISO 27001 etc. We are also in the process of implementing Caseware IDEA for internal audit clients. - I am currently acting as a group leader (Accounts) for a multinational software house.
